בלקינד בר – bar

Belkind takes its name from Israel Belkind, the man who gave Rehovot its name, and builds the room around sharing: order three or five small plates and pass them down the table. The kitchen ranges wide — aubergine carpaccio, cauliflower masabacha, a Belkind pizza with confit garlic and basil, sigar rolls stuffed with spiced beef, Grandpa Gideon's kebab laid over pizza dough — before landing on a long run of burgers and a sloppy joe served in hot frena. Around twenty beers back it up, with happy hour holding most of the evening. Noisy in the right way.
