Harish is a young city, and Shawarma HaMelachim has made itself one of its fixtures: a counter on Derech Eretz turning turkey and veal on the spit, carved into pita or laffa with a spread of fresh salads and a pile of chips. The kitchen is kosher under the local rabbinate, and phone orders go out across Harish and the surrounding villages. The pitch is unfussy - quality meat, salads cut that day, and service that does not keep you standing. Kings is a big name for a small counter. The spit has to carry it.
