Part roastery, part cafe, on Ne'urim Street in Pardes Hanna. Beans are the centre of gravity here: you can buy whole or ground coffee from a rotating range of origins, and the same beans go into the cups served across the counter. Alongside them come distinctive pastries and cakes and a good bagel selection, vegan sandwich included. Seating is out in a partly covered courtyard hemmed in by greenery, cooled in summer and heated in winter. They also run coffee workshops that walk through varieties, processing, roasting and brewing methods. For people who take the cup seriously.
