A food truck on Moncrief Road built around one dish most of Jacksonville had to be introduced to: souse, the seasoned, sharp, slow-simmered soup that shows up in chicken and oxtail versions and comes with a real kick. Jamoca runs it, and she runs out - the truck opens Tuesday through Thursday at 6 p.m. and closes when the pots are empty. Oxtail egg rolls and oxtail tacos have developed their own following, arguably a bigger one than the souse. Get there early or don't bother.
