TASTIGO KITCHEN – Restaurant

A Coconut Grove Chinese kitchen on SW 27th Avenue that put hand-pulled noodles at the center of the menu and then built outward. Dough gets stretched to order, soup dumplings are folded in-house, and mapo tofu and wok dishes fill out the rest. It's a modest room where the cooking, not the décor, is doing the talking. Regulars single out the noodle texture and the xiaolongbao, and the kitchen keeps a tight enough menu that nothing sits waiting. Come for the noodles, order the dumplings anyway, and plan on a second visit.
