This TooJay's runs the brand's full New York deli repertoire, from hot pastrami and a grilled-rye Reuben to chopped liver and chicken noodle soup loaded with vegetables, alongside all-day breakfast and comfort plates like stuffed cabbage and country fried steak. The dining room swallows large parties easily, which is much of the appeal here. Diners keep circling back to the portions and the bakery. Service can stretch at the busiest hours; the sandwich makes up for it.
