The core is a build-your-own line — greens, proteins, vegetables and dressing, then turn the whole thing into a wrap for thirty cents more — but the standing menu carries real weight: The Big Daddy, the Florida Gentleman, the TOSS Signature, plus straight Cobb, Caesar, Greek and Club. Quick, fresh, and priced like lunch rather than an occasion. Salad, without the sanctimony.
