צ׳נטרו חדרה – restaurant

A burger room in the Mix complex on Tzahal Street in Hadera, packed out on a Saturday night and run at genuine speed. Chef Hamada Atamna builds the whole thing around house brioche buns in combinations you don't see elsewhere — the Volcano in a red chilli bun with a black crust, a truffle-crust bun, a falafel smash. Patties are 100% fresh beef off the coals. Start with mozzarella fingers in cheddar sauce, crispy chilli wings or the chicken crispy salad. Big outdoor terrace, about twenty tables inside. Service is quick, warm and ahead of you.
