A Miami food truck trading as Vale Joder "La Casa del Pan con K", parked on SW 56th Street in West Kendall and open from mid-morning into the evening. The cooking is Cuban and unapologetically portable: roast suckling pork, croquetas, chuleta and beef steak plates, wings with fries, a Caesar salad topped with pork steak, and double burgers priced for a quick lunch. Order at the window, eat standing up.
