Willieboy's works the Central Florida event and brewery circuit out of Altamonte Springs and Sanford, with Garrett trimming briskets before sunrise and Pops keeping him honest. What comes off the pit rotates by event, but the core is beef brisket, pork belly burnt ends, St. Louis spares, pulled pork and smoked turkey, backed by smoked mac and cheese, pit beans, garlic cheddar grits and blue cheese slaw.
