A small Chinese kitchen on North Woodland Boulevard in DeLand, listed locally as Wok & Roll, built more for takeout than for lingering. The seating area is modest; the cooking is the point. Garlic shrimp and roast pork lo mein draw the most praise, alongside spring rolls, dumplings, chicken egg foo young, bourbon chicken, chicken chow mein and hot and sour soup, with a decent run of vegetarian options. Diners describe food that arrives hot and properly flavoured, and staff who put right the occasional mixed-up order. Grab it and go.
