A Chinese kitchen in a plaza on McMullen Booth Road in Clearwater, with plenty of free parking and a cosy, low-key room. The menu covers the American-Chinese canon and a little beyond: sweet and sour pork, house special ho fun, pan-fried or steamed dumplings, chicken teriyaki, pork fried rice, hot and sour soup, orange chicken. Two things come up again and again in praise: crab rangoon filled properly rather than half-empty, and egg rolls locals rate as the best in town. Fried rice comes without filler, and the kitchen will adjust for dietary needs. Fresh, fair, and easy.
