Lunch on North Dale Mabry means dim sum in full swing: no push carts, just order sheets, a lazy susan at the centre of every table, and plates arriving in waves. YHS China Bistro serves dim sum and lunch from opening through mid-afternoon, then switches to a Cantonese dinner menu seven nights a week. Honey-glazed barbecue pork buns, steamed scallop dumplings, rice noodle rolls, pan-fried pot stickers, salt and pepper calamari and Chinese broccoli in oyster sauce are the plates people come back for. Portions assume sharing. Bring a group and over-order.
