ZAZA NEW CUBAN DINER – Restaurant

The Lake Mary outpost of a family-run Central Florida group trading under the New Cuban Diner banner: Cuban comfort cooking plus a genuinely good coffee counter, open breakfast through dinner. The Zaza Cubano is the one to order — pressed, molten, structurally ambitious — with media noche, pan con bistec and the Casa egg sandwich alongside. Plates cover vaca frita with maduros, frijoles rojos and arroz blanco, plus palomilla steak, empanadas and ham croquettes. The cafecito and the guava-and-cheese pastry earn a following of their own. Diner hours, diner energy, much better coffee.
