Egg tarts and cream cheese buns come out fresh daily; the drinks list runs from Vietnamese iced coffee to the Strawberry Tornado. There is real food too — Taiwanese popcorn chicken, a spicy chicken sandwich, hibachi fried rice — and it lands fast, which regulars mention constantly. Bright, easy, quick, with bubble tea good enough to pull people across town. Not every drink experiment sticks, but the core holds. Tampa's east side does well by it.
