AMARIT THAI RESTAURANT – Restaurant

A Palm Harbor Thai kitchen running two tight services, a short midday window and an early evening one, with a sushi bar working alongside. The menu is long, roughly a hundred and fifty items, but the through line is curry and noodles: panang, green curry, pad Thai, pad see ew, fried rice, and crispy spring rolls to start. The sushi side covers nigiri, sashimi and makimono rolls for tables that cannot agree on one cuisine. Heat levels are made to order. Service is quick, the room modest and unfussy. Come hungry, order curry, and let somebody else handle the rolls.
