A veteran-owned truck bringing New England to the Gulf coast, parked on a rotating Tampa Bay schedule that takes in Palm Harbor and Tarpon Springs. The lobster is flown down from Maine, and everything on board is made from scratch each day. The traditional Maine lobster roll comes your way — cold with mayo or hot with butter — beside a lobster grilled cheese, a bacon-and-lobster roll, lobster mac n' cheese and a Maryland-style crab cake, with hot dogs and a kids' menu for the unconverted.
