ANTHIS GREEK – Restaurant

Paul Likitsakos spent twenty-five years in the Greek prepared-foods trade and ran delis around New York before bringing the operation south; Anthi's Greek Specialties is the eighteen-foot truck that resulted, named for a family member. It works Palm Beach County farmers markets, lunch runs, community events and private catering. The menu is made to order and deliberately light: grilled chicken and steak souvlaki in warm pita, spanakopita swirls of spinach and feta in phyllo, a zucchini falafel sandwich, Greek country salad, vegetable couscous, and bowls finished with tzatziki. The feta and olive oil are imported. Greek food that travels well.
