BAD ASS COFFEE OF HAWAII – Restaurant

The chain's first Northeast Florida store opened on A1A South in December, a short walk from St. Augustine Beach, and it keeps surf-town hours: six in the morning until six at night, seven days a week. Hawaiian coffee is the whole point, 100% Kona included, poured hot, iced and blended into Koffee Koolers or dressed as a Bad Ass Mocha, Caramel Wave, coconut mocha or vanilla haze. Mana energy drinks cover the rest. Food runs Hawaiian-leaning: breakfast sandwiches on King's Hawaiian sweet bread, breakfast burritos, bakery goods. Island beans, early starts, and a name that does its own marketing work.
