The Glades Road original of a New York-style Chinese takeout the Liu family opened after moving south in 2001, and the one the Sun Sentinel singled out as Best Chinese Food Take Out. House specialties are the draw: subgum wonton, scallop and shrimp in garlic sauce, a beef, shrimp and scallop combination, happy family, four season and house special pan-fried noodles. All-day dinner specials come with pork fried rice and an egg roll, and stretch from buddha delight to moo goo gai pan. Krab rangoon comes ten to an order, and the kitchen will adjust the spice level on request.
