Bamburgers – Restaurant

A kosher burger counter working out of Aroma Market on Glades Road, founded by Bruce Cohen after a career opening restaurants for other people. Everything is certified kosher, which means the cheeseburger arrives with melted vegan cheese and the bacon is turkey. The Bamburger is a quarter pound on a toasted bun with lettuce, tomato, red onion, pickles and burger sauce; double it, or fire it up, or swap in popcorn chicken as a sandwich, a salad or over fries. Foot-long hot dogs, golden fries, kids meals and catering fill out a short, confident menu built for a quick bite.
