Bada Boom sits in Ashdod's Gan Ha'Ir complex with an open kitchen and a wood-fired oven brought over from Italy, which tells you most of what you need to know. Dough is kneaded by hand each morning; pizzas and focaccia come straight off the oven floor, alongside fresh pasta, risotto, oven-baked starters, fresh fish and specials that change weekly, with vegetarian and gluten-sensitive options built in.
