BEAT CULTURE – Restaurant

A working craft brewery out near Miami International with a proper kitchen behind it, which is rarer than it should be. The taps turn over constantly, the operation describing itself as small-batch and interested in anything fermentable, and the food holds its own. Pizzas come Margherita, carbonara or loaded with burrata; pastas stay Roman, with spaghetti carbonara and arrabbiata. Small bites lean local: gooey cheese croquetas, calamari tempura, shrimp flambe. Larger plates run to skirt steak, curry chicken and rice, and a smash cheeseburger. Affogato closes things out. Closed Mondays, open from noon most days, and four o'clock on Tuesdays.
