Se Tu. Pizza & Bar – bar

Se-Tu on Rothschild in Rishon LeZion is a Neapolitan pizza bar that takes the dough seriously: a 48-hour sourdough ferment, then a stone oven running at 450C, which is the whole argument for the leopard-spotted crust that comes out of it. Thirteen pizzas anchor the menu, with pastas, panozzo sandwiches, salads and a handful of starters - ceviche, carpaccio, focaccia - around them. It doubles as a cocktail bar, open until one in the morning, with a Tuesday happy hour and music loud enough to matter. Italian technique, Israeli hours, and a genuinely good crust.
