Blu Kouzina brought its Greek kitchen to the West District at UTC, a light contemporary room built on Aegean cues and olive oil pressed on the family's own estate. Start with the dip trio - tzatziki, taramosalata, smoky eggplant, whipped spicy feta - then saganaki under Greek fig jam, spanakopita in crisp phyllo, dolmades, or fried talagani sticks with red pepper yoghurt. Mains lean traditional: moussaka, grilled whole fish, lamb shank lemonato, and kotopoulo fourno, roast lemon chicken. Greek wines run the list.
