Tucked onto Parkside Drive in Parkland, just over the line from Coral Springs, Bluefin pulls Japanese, Thai and Chinese dim sum onto one menu and makes the combination work. The sushi bar sends California, dragon, rainbow, spicy tuna and spider rolls, plus temaki hand rolls and sashimi. The Thai side brings green, red and panang curries, basil sauce, volcano lobster, jumbo shrimp sunrise, tom yum and tom kha. Elsewhere: seafood dumplings, soft-shell crab, shrimp tempura, pad thai, udon and yakisoba. Weekday lunch specials and lettered dinner combos anchor the regulars here.
