A steakhouse that opens at breakfast is a rare thing, and this Park Avenue dining room in historic Winter Park does exactly that, running straight through to dinner in the former Park Plaza Gardens space. The beef is the spine: filet mignon, ribeye, New York strip, prime rib. Around it sit lobster bisque, lobster ravioli, sea bass with asparagus, a heritage pork chop with braised peach and fennel, and a bison burger under gruyere and bacon jam. Made-to-order sushi joins lunch and dinner daily. Truffle mac and creamed spinach hold the sides. Omelettes and a prime rib sandwich start mornings.
