BURGER JAWN – Restaurant
Three friends from Kissimmee opened this Orlando truck in 2024 and make almost everything themselves: patties, buns, fries and sauces. Park up on North Mills Avenue and the board rewards nerve. Lactose and Chill loads mac and cheese, candied jalapenos, maple bacon and hot honey onto a burger. Fun Guy goes mushroom au jus and Swiss. Pimento brings house pimento cheese, pickles and hot honey, while Ol' Reliable keeps to lettuce, tomato, onion, garlic-dill pickle and the house sauce. Maduritos and Asian soy butter also appear. Service is evenings midweek into the weekend, with a separate brunch menu on Sundays.
