Burger Ranch has been feeding Israel since 1972, and its Ashdod counters run the same brisk routine: order, wait for the tray, eat. The menu leans on the chain's Sfardi burger, a patty under piquant Spanish sauce with pickles and caramelized onion, alongside grilled chicken, zigzag fries, onion rings and the Combina, a sharing platter sized for two to four. Chocofies, fried dough filled with chocolate cream, close it out. Regulars treat it as the dependable fallback rather than a night out. The kitchen is kosher and shuts for Shabbat.
