Molli is the gelateria of pastry chef Ofek Feldman, and the Ashdod branch on HaKlita Street keeps the counter open late - most nights until one in the morning, and again once Shabbat is out. The cases hold gelato churned by hand, frozen yogurt, and a run of chef-made desserts alongside Molli's own cookies, shakes, sundae combinations and gift boxes. Kosher under the Ashdod rabbinate. Late-night ice cream that takes itself seriously without being precious about it.
