McDonald's Israel runs its own kitchen playbook, and it shows on the tray. Over 80 percent of what it serves is sourced locally - beef patties, buns, potatoes, lettuce - and every branch grills kosher beef whether or not it holds kosher certification. The line-up runs McRoyal, Crunch Royal, McNuggets and giant fries, with chopped Israeli salad and marked vegan and gluten-free items alongside. Kosher-supervised branches close for Shabbat and skip the cheeseburger entirely. Order at a screen, eat in, take a McDrive lane or send it out for delivery. Fast food, localised properly.
