Café aeden – coffee_shop

Tucked onto Szarvas Gábor út in leafy Buda, Café Aeden opens early for the neighbourhood's first coffee and keeps going until the wine comes out. The room is built to feel like the outdoors moved indoors. Coffee comes from Herz roasters, single origins rotating between Guatemala and a darker New York City roast. Food is light and made to order — toasts, bowls, tortilla wraps, pastries — alongside smoothies and fresh juice from the bar it doubles as. A covered terrace out front, a larger one seating around a hundred. The Aeden pilates studio is next door. Mornings start here.
