Coyote Coffee & Deli – coffee_shop

Coyote opened on the Buda side in 2008 to fill a gap its founders kept running into: somewhere to get serious coffee and a proper breakfast in the same small room. Beans are all arabica, freshly roasted, poured as the house Coyote Blend or as single origins from Sumatra and decaffeinated Honduras. Food is made to order across bagels, sandwiches and salads built to their own recipes, with a beetroot hummus and avocado bagel among the vegan choices, plus granola bowls and chia pudding. Cakes are homemade: Coyote cheesecake, lemon tart, baked apple cheesecake, brownies. Wifi inside, and tables outside.
