Century Grill – Restaurant
A sixty-five-seat kosher meat restaurant in West Boca's Hamptons Plaza, across from Century Village, serving New American food under Orthodox Rabbinic Board supervision. Dinner only, Sunday through Thursday, and the kitchen leans hard into grill and fryer: eight-ounce house burgers dressed with caramelized onions, pastrami and brisket burgers, Korean BBQ chicken sandwiches, honey hot cauliflower, hummus with tahini and pita, guacamole, chili nachos supreme. Tacos come chicken, beefsteak, pulled brisket, blackened fish or cauliflower. Salads arrive substantial — seared salmon, steak, popcorn chicken, BBQ chicken. Reservations by phone; closed Friday and Saturday for Shabbat. Serious kosher cooking without the ceremony.
