Past the classic sit a pizza steak, a pepperoni version toasted on a seeded roll, a hoagie with lettuce and tomato, and sliders on Martin's potato rolls. Rogis are fried pierogi-style pockets stuffed with cheesesteak or buffalo chicken. Fries go into beef tallow. They shut early on days the rolls run out, which happens.
