Appetizers cover krab rangoon, shrimp toast, buffalo wings and boneless spare ribs; the Szechuan, Hunan and Cantonese page runs from Ta Chien chicken and harvest chicken with shrimp to spicy triple delight. The chef's list adds Happy Family, Four Seasons, Hunan seafood, dragon and phoenix, pineapple chicken and General Tso's tofu. Combination platters come with fried rice and an egg roll. Steamed diet plates too.
