Tucked into the Publix plaza on Rock Springs Road, this is the Apopka Chinese counter people default to when nobody wants to cook. Combination platters carry the menu, each landing with roast pork fried rice and a spring roll: diced chicken with cashew nuts, moo goo gai pan, pepper steak with onion, boneless spare ribs, shrimp with lobster sauce, shredded pork Szechuan style. Beyond them sit General Tso's and sesame chicken, Mongolian beef, orange chicken, lo mein, mei fun, chow mein and egg foo young. Regulars praise the dumplings and krab rangoon, and the speed. Cooked to order, priced plainly.
