North Indian cooking made to order, mostly from scratch, which is why nothing arrives here in a hurry. Chirag Patel and Kalyan Tota opened Cilantro on Plant Street in 2023 and moved it in 2026 to the Tri-City Shopping Center on South Dillard Street, where it now shares a roof with Mirchi Indian Street Food. The menu holds butter chicken, chicken curry and vindaloo alongside a deep vegetarian bench: paneer makhani, paneer tikka masala, kadai paneer, aloo gobi, baingan bharta, channa masala. Tandoori plates, biryani, naan from the tandoor, and chicken sizzlers that reach the table in hot iron skillets.
