Craft is a dining room that moves: a river cruiser docked beside Sparkman Wharf on Channelside Drive, running two-hour brunch and dinner journeys along the Hillsborough. Ten feet of air draft lets the captain slip under downtown Tampa's low bridges with inches to spare. Dinner is three courses from a modern American card, with rice paper wrapped jumbo shrimp, a rojo chimichurri filet mignon, a 24-hour brined bone-in pork chop and warm chocolate souffle. Cocktails come from a bar built inside a 1914 wooden cruiser. Afternoon tea sailings run monthly, and the boat takes private hire. Boarding starts before departure.
