A small counter on 15th Street in Miami Beach doing one thing with real conviction: the pressed Cuban sandwich. Slow-roasted mojo-marinated pork anchors nearly everything, layered with smoked ham, melted Swiss, dill pickles and mustard on traditional Cuban bread for the Classic Cubano, or on sweet bread for the Medianoche. The hot honey version swaps in pickled jalapenos and a honey drizzle; Pan con Lechon keeps things to pork, mojo onions and garlic-cilantro aioli. Turkey with smashed avocado and a fire-roasted pepper Veggie Melt round out the board, and sandwich boxes feed offices and parties. Open daily, morning through evening.
