A burger room on the ground floor of BIG Fashion in Ashdod, opened by the team behind Ganki in Tel Aviv's Levinsky market and pitched at a Tel Aviv crowd, jazz and blues on the speakers. The patty is the point: 200 or 300 grams with cult aioli, gouda on a buttered bun for the smash, sides and cornichons alongside. Specials rotate through lamb bacon and cheddar, truffle aioli with crispy shallot, blue cheese with onion jam. Crispy fried chicken, glazed wings, endive salad, Basque cheesecake.
