סזאנקה - sazanca – asian_restaurant

Sazanca occupies the top floor of Big Fashion in Ashdod, and it is not shy about the scale: roughly 1,200 square metres, some 300 seats, and a central bar with room for forty more. The kitchen works across the whole Asian range rather than picking one lane, with steamed bao and gyoza to start, wok dishes and noodle mains, a full sushi counter, salads and soups, and desserts to finish. Cocktails come from that big central bar. Diners tend to arrive in groups and stay a while. A big, loud, confident Asian dining room, and Ashdod has taken to it.
