Bandeja paisa and bistec a caballo cover the classics; the picada Don Jediondo feeds a table. Sides run to papa criolla, yuca frita, white rice and sweet plantain. Diners repeatedly call the cooking authentic and the prices reasonable. Colombian, unfussy, filling, worth the detour.
