DOUGHFELLAS – Restaurant
Seventy-two hours of fermentation before a single pizza hits the oven. The Doughfellas opened in Pompano Beach in 2022, built by chef Andre Barone and Daphne Glidden on kitchens they ran across Sao Paulo, Miami and New York, and the Brazilian thread shows: chicken catupiry, calabresa smoked in house, portuguesa with ham and boiled egg. Alongside them a straight margherita and a white pie with ricotta, roasted onion, pistachio and truffle oil. Focaccinas come with burrata or zucchini and brie. They sell raw dough balls and circles by the counter, and frozen pies to bake at home. Open evenings only.
