Dragon Hot Pot & BBQ opened on Okeechobee Boulevard in West Palm Beach in 2023 with a concept built around a conveyor belt feeding toppings straight to the table, all-you-can-eat hot pot paired with Korean-style BBQ grilling. Broths range from yellow curry to Tom Yum, and diners load their pots with bulgogi beef, short ribs, BBQ pork and a long run of seafood and vegetables, plus Yakiniku off the grill. Doors stay open past midnight most nights with last seating at eleven, and the room takes reservations. Diners keep describing it as a modern, hands-on spin on Florida hot pot.
