Entree has run as a glatt kosher steakhouse on Monmouth Avenue in Lakewood since 2011, seating more than a hundred guests under KCL supervision and closing for Shabbat. The kitchen sends out beer-battered chicken, golden panko tenders, prime beef sliders on grilled sesame rolls, pastrami empanadas, liver pate with apricot-caramelized onion jam, short rib gnocchi in white truffle oil, a pulled-beef flatbread and slow-cooked lamb riblets in a honey-date glaze. Chef-led kitchens keep the menu evolving, with new dishes added after months of testing. Regulars single out the hospitality as much as the food. Reservations and take-out are both offered.
