Erba occupies the ground floor of the Life Time building on South Dixie Highway, chef Niven Patel's homage to time spent cooking in Florence filtered through his own Homestead farm, Rancho Patel. Handmade pasta anchors the kitchen: truffle ravioli finished with shaved white Alba truffle, a green vermentino mafaldine tossed with diced Bahamian conch, and a rotolo built around roasted calabaza squash. A farm-to-glass cocktail list and an Italian-leaning wine program round out the table. Esquire named it among the country's best new restaurants in 2023. Daily happy hour runs early evening, and casual elegance is the expected dress code.
