Fire Up Halal Grill runs its Temple Terrace counter on the same New York-style halal playbook as its sister shop across town: shawarma, kebabs and falafel built to order behind the grill line. Platters stack marinated chicken thigh, chicken shawarma, lamb shawarma or beef shawarma over spiced basmati rice with a side salad, finished with a house-made white sauce; wraps fold the same fillings into pita with lettuce, tomato and onion, hot sauce optional. Chicken and lamb kebabs, kofta kebab and a chicken-and-falafel combo round out the counter. Regulars praise the portions and the sauce. Catering is offered for events.
