Seminole Boulevard gets the roomier version of the formula: cocktails poured Big or Little, a kitchen open past midnight every night, and a menu that has grown well beyond bar snacks. Basmati rice bowls arrive in Korean BBQ, Spicy Brazilian and Bourbon guises. Loaded mac lands as Buffalo Mac or Spicy Chicken Mac. Sandwiches run to the Reuben, the Buffalo Bird and a pressed Cuban, with Circa 1984 potato skins and Korean BBQ wings to share. Flatbreads, homemade beef chili and Uncle Bucks Brownie close it out.
