Dough is mixed in-store daily and hand-tossed to twelve, sixteen, eighteen or twenty-four inches. This kitchen keeps meatballs and steak among its toppings, unlike some branches. Specialty pies include Philly Cheesesteak on a garlic base, Buffalo Chicken in the house zesty sauce, BBQ Chicken and Chicken Bacon Ranch. Wings, Cheezystix, pepperoni rolls and the daily garlic rolls fill out an order, with cinnamon rolls, brownies and Grandma's Cookies after. Bigger, better, faster, as the chain puts it.
